• All goods remain the property of Scuba Equipment Africa until paid for in full. Liability passes with delivery.

• ITEMS MAY ONLY BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. GOODS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHIN

60 DAYS OF ORIGINAL INVOICE, AND PROVIDED GOODS ARE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. ALTERNATIVELY, AT

OUR DISCRETION A HANDLING FEE OF 10% WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGING. DISCONTINUED

ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

• Accounts not queried within 30 days from statement, will be assumed to be correct. No credit notes will be passed after

this period.

• 5 STAR AUTHORISED DEALERS: One free (economy service) delivery per week by a courier of our choice.

• Free delivery does not include weights or cylinders.

• With immediate effect, accounts will be credited with the actual amounts received by Scuba Equipment Africa after

cash deposit or credit card fees have been deducted. The current rate for cash deposits is 1.35% and for credit cards is

4.5%, which is subject to change without prior notice.

GROUP 1: SCUBAPRO: Retail items with a 3 tiered pricing structure.

GROUP 2: Promotional items and Consumables with a fixed wholesale and reduced markup.

GROUP 3: All SEALIFE, spares and other Professional use items with a fixed wholesale and reduced markup.

GROUP 5: SUBGEAR: Retail items with a 3 tiered pricing structure.

GROUP 6: H2O: Retail items with a 3 tiered pricing structure.

SCUBAPRO regulators are guaranteed for life, for the initial buyer. SUBGEAR regulators are guaranteed for 30 years,

for the initial buyer. All other articles are guaranteed for two years. We are liable under the said guarantee solely for

manufacturing defects duly noted by our technical departments. The guarantee may not apply if our equipment is not

used and maintained under the conditions stipulated in the technical notices, or if it is due to normal wear and tear.

SCUBAPRO, SUBGEAR & SEALIFE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EITHER REPLACE OR REPAIR AN ITEM UNDER WARRANTY.
